A: Our showroom is located at 1933 Cherry Lane in Northbrook, IL. 

Q: What are your store hours?

A: We are open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are FINAL. Please measure carefully before you purchase.

Q: Can you deliver?

A: Unfortunately, we only offer in-store pickup. We do have a list of reputable movers who can help with TTT deliveries in the immediate area and beyond. Please contact us at (847) 272-9966 or turnthetables@comcast.net for more information.

Q: Can you help load items into my car?

A: We cannot guarantee that we have the staff available to help move items to your car. Please bring help if you need it.

Q: How do I pick up something I purchased online?

A: All items should be picked up at the Turn the Tables showroom in Northbrook within five (5) business days. To pick up, bring your receipt with order number. Items will already be marked as "Sold" in our showroom; when you arrive, we will package small items for transport. If you need to arrange for a mover and cannot pick your item up within five (5) business days, please contact us at (847) 272-9966 or turnthetables@comcast.net to coordinate. 

Q: Why did my item disappear from the site or my cart?

A: Each item at TTT is available to purchase online as well as at our showroom in Northbrook. If another web customer or a customer in the store purchases an item, it will be removed from online listings and you will not be able to purchase it online. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Q: What is the best day to shop at Turn the Tables?

A: We receive new consigned items every day, so we are a new store each time you visit! 


Q: What are your consignment policies?

Q: Can I bring items to consign directly into the shop?

A: Please contact us via phone at (847) 272–9966 or email at turnthetables@comcast.net to begin the process. 

Q: Where do I send photos of items I would like to consign?

A: Please send all photos of potential consigned items to: turnthetables@comcast.net.

Q: Why isn’t my consigned item online?

A: We are currently in the process of updating our entire online inventory. Every consigned item is important to us, and the TTT team is working hard to ensure that our entire showroom will appear online as soon as possible.

Q: How long will it take for my recently-consigned items to appear online?

A: Items processed and available in our showroom may take additional time to appear online.
