Q: Where are you located?

A: Our showroom is located at 1933 Cherry Lane in Northbrook, IL. 

Q: What are your store hours?

A: We are open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

SHOPPING AT TTT

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit. Please measure carefully before you purchase.

Q: Can you deliver?

A: We offer in-store pickup only. We do have a list of reputable movers who can help with TTT deliveries in the immediate area and beyond. Please contact us at (847) 272-9966 or turnthetables@comcast.net for more information.

Q: Can you help load items into my car?

A: We cannot guarantee that we have the staff available to help move items to your car. Please bring help if you need it.

Q: How do I pick up something I purchased online?

A: All items should be picked up at the Turn the Tables showroom in Northbrook within five (5) business days. To pick up, bring your receipt. Items will already be marked as "Sold" in our showroom; when you arrive, we will package small items for transport. If you need to arrange for a mover and cannot pick your item up within five (5) business days, please contact us at (847) 272-9966 or turnthetables@comcast.net to coordinate. 

Q: Why did my item disappear from the site or my cart?

A: Each item at TTT is available to purchase online as well as in our showroom. If another web customer or a customer in the store purchases an item, it will be removed from online listings and you will not be able to purchase it online. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Q: What is the best day to shop at Turn the Tables?

A: We receive new consigned items every day, so we are a new store each time you visit! 

CONSIGNING WITH TTT

Q: What are your consignment policies?

A: Check out our consignment agreement form HERE.

Q: Can I bring items to consign directly into the shop?

A: Please contact us via phone at (847) 272–9966 or email at turnthetables@comcast.net to begin the process. 

Q: Where do I send photos of items I would like to consign?

A: Please send all photos of potential consigned items to: turnthetables@comcast.net.

Q: How long will it take for my recently-consigned items to appear online?

A: Items processed and available in our showroom may take additional time to appear online. 

Q: What happens if my item does not sell within the consignment period?

A: Unsold items, upon expiration of consignment period, can either be picked up by the consignor or become the property of Turn The Tables. It is the consignor’s responsibility to be aware of the ending consignment date if they wish to retrieve items. A 5 day grace period will be granted to allow consignors time to retrieve their unsold items. If unsold items are not retrieved within the 5 day grace period, they will become the property of Turn The Tables.
